Animergence, medium size ceramic wallhanging sculpture, female figure with snake

This wallhanging ads some femininity with an edge to any space. I made it with thoughts of the figure emerging and/or submerging into the chaos around her, and the pose reminding of surrender and redemption as well as some kind of resurrection. On the right side a small snake-head pops out of the chaos.

The piece is made out of clay, which is fired in a kiln, stain and glazed, and fired again at a hotter temperature. It's durable, yet not too heavy, and hangs easily from a nail or screw in the wall. It's 10"H x 7.5"W x 1"D, measured at the tallest parts (cm)  Each piece is uniquely hand-finished and glazed and therefor one of a kind. I made a plaster mold of the original sculpture, so I am able to make more of them, while keeping it affordable.
